Your videos

When you choose a video, iOS copies it into Squish's own private storage so it can be read and compressed. That copy and the compressed result stay on your device, and Squish deletes its working files when you next open the app. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, at any point.

Photo library access

Squish never reads your photo library. You pick videos through Apple's own picker, which hands Squish only the items you selected. The one permission Squish asks for is to add a finished video back to your library, and only when you tap Save.

Purchases

The Lifetime Unlock is handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. Squish never sees your payment details, and stores no record of the purchase itself — it asks Apple whether this Apple Account owns the unlock. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

The support form

If you write to us through the support page, the message you type — and the email address, if you choose to give one — is delivered to the developer by Web3Forms. It is used to answer you and nothing else, and it is never sold or shared. Don't include anything sensitive in the message.

Children

Squish is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
